BBSA ‘make it safe’ mandatory for all members

Code of Practice Amended

The BBSA has made adoption of the child safety elements of EN 13120:2009 mandatory for all members by amending its Code of Practice

The BBSA is the only trade Association for the blinds and shutters industry in the UK and was instrumental in ensuring that child safety was included in the only European Standard covering internal blind performance. The BBSA continues to work on revisions to the standard with its counterparts in Europe to ensure that the scope of the Standard covers all relevant blind styles.
